| I have been painting murals for nearly 10 years and here are some of the most recent projects. First in the gallery are murals painted one interior of the original carriage house fro the 1900's second is a take on a Gauguin painting (Bathers at Dieppe), modified to be a beach on Cape Cod rather than Dieppe. The Optimist Cafe is the last in line with the downstairs being a resist of my own creation using Gold and Bronze powders to create a reflective motif of faded words. Also for The Optimist is a kids playroom all of the drawings and motifs were designed by me. We created a massive chalkboard on a curved wall and mosaics the room into a world of old fables that all have a happy ending, e.g. the wolf helps the pigs build their homes , and humpty dumpty was pieced back together. |
